Easter - our holiest of days
is upon us --

and I wonder
if Ian feels

the pressure
the prejudice or
the awkwardness

of practicing
his Catholic faith

in a Muslim country

I know he will rise
to the occasion

and pray as he always
has on our Easters

even if it is

in
Afghanistan
